01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rahsac ("we", "us", "our") for the use of Ring Loop (the "App"). By downloading, installing or playing the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
02License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not: copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App (except where the law expressly allows); rent, lease, sell or redistribute it; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
03Ads and rewards
The App is free and is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ads may appear between levels, as banners, or as optional rewarded ads that give you an in-game benefit (such as a hint or extra moves) for watching an ad to the end.
- Rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services advertised.
- Ad availability can vary; a rewarded ad may occasionally not load, in which case no reward is given.
- You agree not to use any tool or method to block, falsify or generate fraudulent ad views or clicks.
04In-app purchases
The App may offer optional purchases such as removing ads or unlocking content. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchased items are licensed, not sold, and may be restored on the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option where available.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, to cheat or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, to interfere with the App's operation or security, or to use automated systems or modified versions of the App.
06Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design, levels, graphics, sounds, name and logo, is owned by Rahsac or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
07Third-party services
The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, such as the Google Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
08Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features, levels or content at any time, and may discontinue the App. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version.
09Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset; we are not responsible for such loss.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahsac will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11Apple-specific terms
Because you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Rahsac only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Rahsac, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Rahsac, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Rahsac, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Where these Terms are silent, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
12Termination
These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by deleting the App. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you breach them. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim locally.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
