01Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Rahsac ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with Ring Loop (the "App"), a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The short version: Ring Loop does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts. Your game progress is saved on your device. The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device and usage data as described below.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
None is required to play. If you contact us by email for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, unlocked levels, settings (such as sound and haptics) and similar preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers. Deleting the App deletes this data.
Information collected automatically by third parties
We use third-party services (listed in section 3) that may automatically collect certain information from your device when the App is used.
03Advertising — Google AdMob
Ring Loop is free to play and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob and its partners may collect:

We do not collect precise GPS location. Google's use of this data is governed by its own policies:

04App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
- If you tap "Allow": AdMob may use the IDFA to show ads that are more relevant to you.
- If you tap "Ask App Not to Track": the IDFA is not shared. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalised.
You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
05How information is used
- To run the App and save your progress on your device
- To show ads that keep the game free, and to measure their performance
- To detect and prevent ad fraud and abuse
- To fix bugs and improve the game
- To reply to your support requests
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where the use of ad identifiers for personalised advertising is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, you can opt out as described in section 9.
06Sharing of information
We share information only:
- With Google AdMob and its ad partners, as described in section 3;
- With Apple, which may provide us aggregated, anonymous App Store analytics and crash reports if you have opted in to share them with developers;
- When required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
07Data retention
Game data stays on your device until you delete the App. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable record-keeping. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies.
08Children's privacy
Ring Loop is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@rahsac.com and we will delete it.
09Your rights & choices
Everyone
- Deny or withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings (see section 4).
- Reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
- Delete the App to remove all locally stored game data.
- Email us to ask about, correct or delete any information we hold about you.
EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are in these regions, the App will ask for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. Our legal bases are your consent (personalised ads) and our legitimate interest (non-personalised ads, fraud prevention, keeping the App working). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can change your consent choice from the privacy option in the App's settings, where available.
California & other US states
You may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, choose "Ask App Not to Track" in the ATT prompt or Settings, or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
India (DPDP Act, 2023)
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the email below.
10In-app purchases
If the App offers optional purchases (for example, removing ads), payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details.
11Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and we keep the amount of data we handle to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be announced in the App.
